Many athletes struggle to maintain their passion for sport over the years. Burnout is incredibly common, often transforming a sport you once loved into an exhausting chore. As burnout sets in, it often fuels a loud inner critic that overshadows your accomplishments and chips away at your self-worth. These challenges affect performance as well as identity and overall mental health.

I utilize a compassion-centered, personalized approach tailored to each athlete’s unique journey. Because I believe firmly in client autonomy, I prioritize active collaboration and meet you exactly where you are. Together, we will navigate your specific challenges, develop a plan you feel confident in, and manage the inevitable ups and downs of the athletic experience to reach your goals.

By fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment, I help you show up as your most authentic self. The goal of our work is to move through the therapeutic process with courage, allowing you to rediscover your resilience and reclaim a sense of balance. Ultimately, you will gain the tools to face challenges with confidence and reconnect with the joy that drew you to your sport in the first place.

Experience - I am a licensed clinical and sport psychologist. I graduated with a PsyD from Loyola University Maryland in 2021. I completed her pre-doctoral internship at Lehigh University specializing in sports psychology and completed her post-doctoral residency at McCallum Place Eating Disorder Centers specializing in the treatment of athletes with eating disorders. I also have extensive training in psychological assessments including IQ & achievement tests, ADHD/Autism evaluations, and mood/personality assessments. I was a competitive swimmer for ten years and coached age-group swimming for three years. I continue to have a love for sport and movement as I engage in recreational running, group fitness classes, and family walks outside.
